Przedstawiamy listę 89 prac i projektów artystycznych, które zaprezentujemy w trakcie konkursu XII Międzynarodowego Biennale Sztuki Mediów WRO 07. Zostały one wyłonione przez komisję preselekcyjną Centrum Sztuki WRO, spośród 1500 zgłoszonych, z ponad 60 krajów.
Finał kilkudniowych prezentacji konkursowych Biennale WRO 07 (główna nagroda 5000 euro, łączna pula nagród 8000 euro), w którego jury zasiądą: Dorota Monkiewicz (kurator, Muzeum Narodowe, Warszawa; prezes Sekcji Polskiej AICA), Elias Levin (kurator, Transitio mx 02, Meksyk), Jan Schujiren (niezależny kurator, Holandia), John Thomson (kurator, Electronic Arts Intermix, Nowy Jork), odbędzie się 20 maja 2007.
We are presenting a list of 89 works and artistic projects to be showed during the WRO 07 competition. The works were selected by the WRO Art Center preselection jury from 1500 entries from over 60 countries.
The competition finale takes place on 20th May 2007 in Wrocław (first prize: 5000 euro; 8000 euro total prizes). The jurors are: Dorota Monkiewicz (curator, National Museum, Warsaw; president of Polish Section of AICA), Elias Levin (curator, Transitio mx 02, Mexico), Jan Schujiren (independent curator, The Netherlands), John Thomson (curator, Electronic Arts Intermix, New York).
