Sfilmowany o zmroku w Cesarskim Parku Pałacowym w Kioto, The Inspectors przedstawia poszukujących kwiatów kwitnącej wiśni turystów, przeciwstawionych lokalnym spacerowiczom. Różni ich stosunek do kwitnących drzew i do otoczenia w ogóle. Brak dźwięku potęguje wrażenie dystansu pomiędzy kamerą, a rozgrywającą się sceną.

Filmed at dusk in the Imperial Palace Park in Kyoto, The Inspectors reveals tourists in search of cherry blossom juxtaposed with local park users, contrasting their response to the environment and the blossom. The absence of a soundtrack heightens the sense of distance between the camera and the unfolding scene.
